Workday - Bill Shepard Native Garden

A very big Thank You to the 15 volunteers that came out to help with the workday!

We all got a lot done:

- Removed a lot of weeds from the garden (the big pile of weeds next to the road tells that story!)

- Removed the big thistles next to the garden (ouch!)

- Removed trash from the creek and property across from Stadium Park (Thanks Jonalee and Lonna)

- Raked the trail and entrance road

- Trimmed some bushes

- Removed cages on a few plants (I heard one bush say "I'm free at last!")

At the end of the workday it was very satisfying to see how nice the garden looks!
