Trail Crew - Three Bridges Oak Preserve

March 20, 2025

The Trail Crew recently worked to get the trailhead ready to re-open after the recent rains.

The path under the Highway 41 overpass was gouged out by high water in Atascadero Creek after the recent rains.  The crew loaded gravel, moved it to the path, and filled in the gaps. They then hardened the path by packing it in with the plate compactor.  The crew trimmed back the willow trees in the area to clear headroom for equestrians. Other crew members cleaned off the debris from the trailhead pavement and did some preliminary weed removal.

Interested in joining the Trail Crew, email info@supportalps.org and provide your name and contact information. We are all volunteers so you come when you can
